"us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the herhappiness.net website as well as
any other media form, media channel, or mobile website related, linked, or otherwise connected
thereto (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read,
understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property.
All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text,
photographs, graphics, and overarching brand narratives (including the "Canaan" universe lore)
on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained
therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and
trademark laws.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors,
features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not
guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate,
complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately
reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability. We
reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products
are subject to change without notice.
We accept payments through secure, third-party
payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account
information for all purchases made via the Site.
● Fulfillment (Print-on-Demand): Our products are custom-printed on demand through
our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is created upon order, fulfillment and
shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the
fulfillment provider, shipping carriers, or customs.
Because our apparel is custom-printed on demand via Printful,
we do not hold standing inventory. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's
remorse, wrong sizes ordered, or a change of mind.
● Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item,
you must submit a claim with photo evidence to our support team within 14 days of
receiving the product. If verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for
which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial
endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. You agree not to
systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or
indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree
that your use of the Site and our services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted
by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use

construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania applicable to
